Oven S’mores!

#1 came home from preschool a few weeks ago and was so excited about s’mores.  As he is the pickiest eater ever, I was completely shocked that he liked them, and even more shocked that he wanted me to make them for him.  Progress!!
Ritz makes these so much better.  But you can only use one.  Two is way too much cracker.

Cut the marshmallows in half.
Be sure to have a very excited helper in the kitchen with you.
Stick your s’mores in the oven.  I did 350 for about 5 minutes.  Just until your marshmallows are puffy and golden.  The marshmallows were all askew, so I gently pressed down on them and they made very pretty s’mores.
Take a bite.  And then try not to eat them all!
