Cheater 2 Can Vegan Chili

This is one of our favorite meals when we need something really quick on a busy night.  It’s hearty and filling and is ready to go in about 10 minutes!

{Cheater} Vegan Chili
1 (14.7 oz) can Amy’s Organic Chili
1 (14.5 oz) can stewed tomaotes

Add both cans to a medium saucepan and warm over medium heat.  Serve!

*This is especially good served over pan-fried diced sweet potatoes (cooked in coconut oil).  The sweet and savory combination is just right.

*I buy Amy’s chili at Costco, but I only find it in the Winter.
