Do you love easy and delicious meals?  The kind that don’t require a lot of work, but still have a lot of flavor?  Then this Crockpot Steak needs to go in your meal rotation!

Crockpot Steak is a simple way to enjoy a hearty, delicious meal.  We don’t eat a lot of steak at our house, but this is almost always how we eat it when we do!

If you like to buy less expensive cuts of steak, this is a great way to cook them because they turn out tender and delicious every time.

Crockpot Steak

Ingredients:

  • 2 lb any variety of steak
  • Montreal Steak Seasoning {or salt and pepper}
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions:

  1. Sprinkle steaks with Montreal steak seasoning.
  2. Sear in hot avocado or coconut oil for 2-3 minutes each side, or until browned.
  3. Spray crock with cooking spray and add browned steaks.
  4. Cover with canned cream of mushroom soup.
  5. Cook on low 12 hours.

Notes:

  • More steak and soup can be added to the slow cooker.  This amount works for our family.
  • An inexpensive cut of steak is great for this recipe, since the slow cooker will make it nice and tender.
