Healthy Homemade Mayo | Easy Recipe | Healthy EatingThen pour in the oil.  It seems to work better if it can immediately start processing the egg without a lot of oil in the bell shape to begin, although it will quickly start to draw in the oil.   

Healthy Homemade Mayo | Easy Recipe | Healthy EatingAs the mixture starts to thicken and turn white, slowly lift the blender upward.  Make sure all the oil is processed and you’re done!  This usually takes me about 30 seconds.  It’s really fast!
