Cranberry Orange Kefir Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup kefir
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • ½ cup orange juice, freshly squeezed
  • ½ tsp orange zest
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • 2 bananas, cut into 8ths and frozen
  • 20 drops liquid stevia, or other sweetener to taste
  • 1 Tbsp elderberry juice, optional

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and process until smooth.
  2. Yield 3 cups.
