White Chocolate Popcorn

With all that left-over white almond bark from the truffles, might as well make another treat!

One bag microwave popcorn
2-3 squares vanilla almond bark

Pop the popcorn. Melt 2-3 squares of almond bark according to package directions (or use left overs from something else delicious). Remove unpopped kernels.  Pour almond bark over popcorn and gently toss.

As the almond bark is no health food, I usually use 2 squares. I got this recipe from my sister-in-law Kimbur, and she makes it with 3 squares.
