Beef Ribs

I knew 88 cents a pound for decent ribs was too good to be true. I just had to try though. They looked meaty in the package, but it was all a lie. The recipe I came up with was good though, at least for future reference. Simple but tasty.

Beef ribs
season salt
BBQ sauce
about 1/2 an onion

Trim excess fat from ribs. Deeply score or cut ribs apart. Place in 9×13 pan. Sprinkle with season salt and pepper. Pour BBQ sauce over ribs, and top with onion (sliced 1/8-1/4″ thick, then cut in half). Cover with foil and bake at 350 for about 90 minutes.
