Slice and put on pizza pan. Cook for 8-10 minutes (don’t cook it too long!)*
1 8 oz. package cream cheese
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Spread onto cooled cookie pizza, top with fruit:
Slice and serve.
*I used my (Steph’s) sugar cookie recipe, and it was perfect. Half makes a nice, thick, chewy, delicious fruit pizza crust. I had to bake it longer though…watch until the edges are just starting to turn golden, 13-15 minutes)
