Boosted Ciabatta Burgers

I found this on lea & perrins, and we really liked it. Super easy, and so good!

1/2 lb lean ground beef
2 T worcestershire sauce
1/8 t salt
few grinds pepper

Combine all ingredients, shape into 2 patties. Grill or broil until done. Serve on a grilled ciabatta roll, and top with fresh lettuce, tomato, red onion, pickle, and sliced cheese. And lots of Joe Morley’s BBQ sauce.
