Chicken for Sandwiches

Hubby loves to take these chicken sandwiches for lunch.
1 to 1-1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken (breasts, tenders or thighs…whatever)
1/2 packet Good Seasons Italian Dressing Mix
1 can cream of chicken (or cream of mushroom) soup

Grease crockpot. Place chicken in bottom, sprinkle with dressing mix, cover with soup. Cook on low for 4-6 hours. You can shred the chicken, but hubby likes it in chunks. Use as sandwich filling.
