Tami’s Rich, Chocolatey Brownies

June 22, 2008

These are so rich and delicious. When we were in high school, we always called Tami Martha (as in Stewart) because she was so good at everything domestic. Everything she makes is amazing.2 1/2 cups Sugar
1 1/2 cups Butter
5 (1ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate
6 large eggs lightly beaten
2 cups flour

Combine sugar, butter and chocolate squares in a large saucepan; cook over low heat until chocolate melts, stirring often. Remove from heat and cool 10 min. Stir in eggs and flour.Pour into a greased and floured 13x9x2 inch pan. bake @350* for 30-35 minutes.

Fudge frosting:
1 cup whipping cream
1-12 ounce bag chocolate chips

Heat whipping cream in saucepan and add chocolate chips. Stir until smooth, and frost.

*This recipe is so easy and it’s really hard to mess up. I’ve even used a sheet cake sized pan and they turn out fine. I always frost the brownies when they are still warm, just because I can’t wait for them to cool.
