I saw this in the Sunday paper a few weeks ago. They’re so easy, and really good!
1 8-oz brick cream cheese, softened
1/2 c sugar
1 tub cool whip, thawed
12 oreo cookies, plus 5 or 6 more for crushing
Beat together cream cheese and sugar. Gently stir in the cool whip. Place one cookie in each of 12 muffin papers. Fill with cream cheese mixture. Top with crushed oreos. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
*I put my papers in a muffin tin to help retain their shape.
*The original recipe said to top it with sprinkles, but I thought crushed oreos were more fun.
