This comes from Pimp My Dinner, and we really liked it! It’s got a good kick to it without being overwhelming.
Prep Time: 40 minutes (including marinating time)
Cook time: 10-15 minutes
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup orange juice
3 tbs chopped green onions
1 tbs grated fresh ginger
1 tbs lemon juice
1 tbs honey
1 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4-1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
4 garlic cloves minced
Mix together. Marinate with chicken for 30 minutes. Drain chicken, reserving marinade. Cook chicken in non-stick skillet with about 1 T olive oil, sauté 5 minutes. Add marinade, cook until done. Serve over rice.

*I used roasted garlic, just because I had it.
