Peanut Butter Pizza Surprise

November 4, 2008

This recipe is my neighbor Jan’s. Another neighbor had surgery, so yet another neighbor and I made them some dinner. I made this, but put it in a pie tin so they wouldn’t have to return anything. I have some shallow muffin tins, so I baked the extra dough in them. It was mighty tasty.

½ cup sugar
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup butter
½ cup peanut butter
½ tsp. vanilla
1 egg
½ cup flour

Mix above ingredients, spread into a pizza pan, and bake at 375 for 10 minutes.

Sprinkle 1 cup chocolate chips and 1 cup mini marshmallows on top and return to bake for about 6 ½ minutes longer.

Let cool completely before cutting into “pizza” slices.

*Since it was a couple of weeks before Halloween, I made it into a ghost graveyard pie. The kids really loved the ghostie marshmallows!
