Potato Wedges

March 8, 2009

I found this here. Good stuff. Hubby really liked them. Even #2 ate some.

Potatoes (I used 3)
Oil (about 1 T)
Seasoning Salt
Parmesan Cheese

Scrub potatoes well, slice into wedges and place on a foil-lined baking sheet. Brush with oil and sprinkle generously with seasoning salt. Bake at 450 degrees for 30-35 minutes (or until cooked through and golden brown) stirring about every 10 minutes or so.

*The cheese made them stick to the foil, so they were hard to stir. I might add the cheese for the last 10 minutes of bake time.

*I was going to grill some burgers, but hubby wanted breakfast burritos. They were great in a tortilla with eggs, cheese, etc.
