Crock Pot Roast

Life has been a little crazy, so I’m finally getting around to posting some recipes! Baby #3 is fun and happy, and getting fat. We call her Chunkerella.

I remembered my mom talking about a crockpot roast recipe when I was in high school. Instead of calling her, I just threw some stuff together, and it turned out great. Tender and moist and yummy.
3 lbs roast
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can of water
1 packet dry onion soup mix

Throw everything together in a crock pot and cook on low for 24 hours.

*I cook mine for about 19 hours. All my crock pot recipes that call for 24 hours are always done in 19 in my crock pot.
