I found this on another food blog, but it was a month ago. I don’t have time to go back and find it to reference it. It wasn’t her recipe anyway, so just know I didn’t make it up. I never actually would have thought to put these ingredients together, but it was really good! We used the leftovers in sandwiches too…grilled with some cheese. Yum!
4 boneless/skinless chicken breasts
1 package taco seasoning
1 c salsa
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c sour cream
Place chicken in crock pot and sprinkle with taco seasoning. Combine salsa and soup and pour over chicken. Cook on low for 6 hours (or high for 3). Add sour cream and shred. Serve over rice or in tortillas.
