I was asked to bring a platter of banana bread to a shower last week. I wanted to do something a little fancier than plain banana bread, so instead of putting it in loaf pans, I put all the batter in a Bundt pan, and just baked it 10 minutes longer than usual. It turned out beautifully! I topped it with cream cheese frosting. I couldn’t make it to the shower, but apparently it was a pretty hot item! And the best part is, I’ve started using food storage in everyday cooking, and I bet no one guessed I made it with powdered eggs!
