This recipe is on the back of the black beans can. I haven’t tried it yet, but it looks simple and good.
2 c black beans, drained
1/2 c sliced green onions
1 c chopped tomatoes
2 c whole kernel corn, drained
1/2 to 1 t ground cumin
1/2 t chopped jalapeno peppers
salt to taste
Combine ingredients in a small bowl. Serve with corn chips.
