1 1/2 C. freeze dried raspberries
2 C. water
1/2 C. sugar
1 T. lemon juice
Blend ingredients in blender. If you want it warm, transfer it to a microwave-safe container and heat until warmed through.
*I think I’ll try adding some cornstarch (and heat) to thicken it just a little for the pancakes. Good stuff!

that’s close to the same.
*For a seedless sauce, pour from blender through a strainer into your small serving pitcher.
