I looked around on allrecipes for a chicken marinade recipe, found one that looked good, and changed it. As usual. This was a delicious marinade! We had some family over for #2’s birthday, and they all thought it was great.
¼ cup plus 2 T canola oil
2 T soysauce
1 T teriyaki sauce
2 T Worcestershire sauce
2 T apple cider vinegar
1 T plus 1 t lemon juice
1½ t dry mustard
¾ t black pepper
¼ t dried parsley (or fresh equivalent)
¼-½ t dried minced garlic (or fresh equivalent)
1/8-1/4 t crushed red pepper
Combine all ingredients in a gallon size freezer bag. Add chicken and marinate at least 4 hours. Makes 8 servings.
