Two Fabulous Things!

I’ve been making ridiculous amounts of breadsticks and rolls lately.  Because I figured out that I can make them in the morning, stick them in the fridge instead of the oven, and then they’re ready to bake when I want them!  Starting dough at 4:00 is fine if I’m home, the kids are being good, and I don’t have anything else to do.  In other words, it’s NEVER convenient.  Mornings are easier, so that’s when I make my dough!

I don’t know what this tool is called, but Hubby gave it to me for Christmas last year, and I LOVE it!  It’s the best for cleaning the counter after I make breadsticks, and it’s also great for cutting dough.  I repeat, I love this thing!  Whatever it is.  **I have since heard this called a bench scraper, and the metal version I have heard called a bench knife.  Either way, I still love it!
