We had this rice to go along with our grilled chicken kabobs. It was heavenly with the extra (reserved) marinade drizzled over the top!
1 T. butter
1 c. long grain rice
1/2 t. salt
1 T. lemon juice
2 1/2 cups chicken broth
1 c. long grain rice

Melt butter in sauce pan. Add rice and saute stirring frequently until rice is transparent. Add broth, salt and lemon juice. Bring to a boil. Cover pan, turn heat to lowest setting and simmer 25 min. or until rice is tender.
