Crockpot Steak is a simple way to enjoy a hearty, delicious meal. We don’t eat a lot of steak at our house, but this is almost always how we eat it when we do!
If you like to buy less expensive cuts of steak, this is a great way to cook them because they turn out tender and delicious every time.
Crockpot Steak
Ingredients:
- 2 lb any variety of steak
- Montreal Steak Seasoning {or salt and pepper}
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Directions:
- Sprinkle steaks with Montreal steak seasoning.
- Sear in hot avocado or coconut oil for 2-3 minutes each side, or until browned.
- Spray crock with cooking spray and add browned steaks.
- Cover with canned cream of mushroom soup.
- Cook on low 12 hours.
Notes:
- More steak and soup can be added to the slow cooker. This amount works for our family.
- An inexpensive cut of steak is great for this recipe, since the slow cooker will make it nice and tender.
