An Ivory Family Favorite. I made these in my fun heart-shaped muffin pan, but they didn’t turn out very pretty. They tasted fine, but they were ugly. They’re upside down because they looked better that way. I followed the recipe exactly, so I might try a different one next time. 1 c flour
1 t baking powder
pinch of salt
1 c sugar
1/4 c butter
2 eggs
1/4 c milk
1 c frozen blueberries
In a small bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt; set aside. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and beat until fluffy. Using a wooden spoon, alternate stirring in dry ingredients and milk until combined. Stir in frozen berries and bake in greased or paper-lined muffin tins at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Makes a dozen muffins.
