Everyone in the house said, “Hey, that smells good. What is it?” From Tasty Sensations. Served with roasted asparagus, scalloped potatoes, and some hot, fresh bread.
4 pork chops, about 1″ thick
1 c crushed pineapple
1 c BBQ sauce
1/2 t ground pepper
1/2 t garlic salt
Place trimmed pork chops in a greased crock pot. Sprinkle with pepper and garlic salt. In a separate bowl, combine pineapple and BBQ sauce. Pour sauce over pork chops and cook for 6 hours on low.
*I didn’t have any crushed pineapple, so I put some pineapple chunks in my mixer and beat them up with the paddle attachment.
